Kolkata: On April 7th, JEE Advanced 2025 registration window is opened specifically for foreign national candidates as well as OCI/PIO (F) category candidates by IIT Kanpur. In contrast, the JEE Advanced 2025 application form will become available on April 23rd. The registration period for candidates of all nationalities will continue until May 2nd, with the deadline for application fee payment being May 5th.

JEE Advanced application fee for exam centres located outside of India has been revised upwards this year. Specifically, candidates choosing Abu Dhabi or Kathmandu as their examination centres will be required to pay USD 150. For those selecting centres in non-SAARC countries, the fee will be USD 250, representing an increase of USD 50 compared to the previous year.

Foreign national and OCI/PIO with cards issued on or after March 4, 2021, candidates will compete for supernumerary (additional) seats, which are separate from the 2.5 Lakhs cap applicable to Indian nationals. Must have completed education equivalent to the 10+2 level.
Not required to appear for JEE Main 2025; direct application to JEE Advanced 2025 is permitted.
Must be a Foreign National or an OCI or a PIO who secured their OCI/PIO card on or after March 4, 2021.
OCI/PIO candidates who obtained their cards before March 4, 2021, are considered Indian nationals and must appear in and qualify through JEE Main 2025 to be eligible for JEE Advanced.
Must have been born on October 1, 2000, or after.
must have taken Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as required courses on their first attempt at the Class XII (or equivalent) test in 2024 or 2025.
Should not have been previously admitted to any IIT academic program listed in the JoSAA Business Rules of 2024, regardless of program continuation or seat acceptance.
